Welcome to Harbour Pharmaceuticals!

Harbour is a small pre-clinical pharmaceutical research company focused on under-researched diseases through computational drug discovery and supporting biotech companies and academic labs.

Harbour was started in Ottawa ON, by Tori Scherle and Cory Harris. Harbour is a blend of Tori’s passion for innovation in technology and pharma research and Cory’s expertise in ethnobotanical/Natural Product research.

Why do we call it Harbour?

Docking is a common technique in computational drug discovery and having grown up around the water, Tori wanted to combine two of the things she loves most.

Founder & CEO

Tori is a late stage PhD candidate at the University of Ottawa in Biology. She developped a comprehensive optimization protocol for docking studies and built a computational drug discovery pipeline, on which Harbour was built upon.

Cory Harris

Founder

Cory is a professor at the University of Ottawa in the department of Biology and cross appointed in Chemsitry and Biomolecular Sciences. His background is in ethnobotny, analytical chemsitry and Natural Product research.
